Firstly, Director has to provide the consent for becoming a director in the form DIR-2
In case of new company, any person who is proposed to be appointed as a director shall make application to the MCA portal for allotment of DIN through e-form i.e., DIR-3.
The applicant shall attach a copy of Aadhar card, PAN card, proof of address along with the application.
Upon the filling of above said documents, the applicant may pay the prescribed fees.
Once the DIN has been allotted to a person he shall become director in any company as per capability.
