  1. Compilation of Documents and ensure all the Documents required for GST Registration should be accurate, clear and Visible.
  2. Selecting the Authorized Signatory for the Company by passing the Board Resolution by the board of director of the company.
  3. Then Visit the GST Portal and register as a New User there and generate Temporary Reference Number (TRN) i.e., Part-A.
  4. After generating Temporary Reference Number (TRN) we have to fill form i.e., Part-B of GST registration process.
  5. After completion of Part-B, the Application Reference Number (ARN) number will generate.
  6. Now we have to wait for the approval from the GST Department.

  2. Board of Directors of a company, passes board resolution in which they mention who will be the authorized signatory for a company and who will manage the signing authorized of the Company.
  3. After that, GST Registration process begins on the GST Portal 
  4. After Entering Mobile No. and Mail ID of the company in Part-A, will get TRN (15-digit Temporary Reference Number).
  5. Through TRN, we will get in to the Part-B of GST Registration process where we fill the information of all the directors, information of the authorized signatory and Information of the company like address of the Company, if company is rented, owned or hired, Company’s nature of business.
  6. After Completion of the GST Registration process we have to do Aadhar Authentication via link sent by GST Department on mail of Authorized signatory.
  7. After Aadhar Authentication, within few hours or after a day, we will get ARN (Application Reference Number).
  8. ARN is used to track the application status.
  9. After the approval of GST, applicant will receive I'd and Password which require to be change through the existing credentials on the GST Portal.
  10. After creation of GST Credentials, we will get GST Certificate and Company can proceed with the addition of the bank statement of the company which is compulsory to proceed with the GST filing and the compliances.
